Welcome to Sealith, the notarial website platform at tidevane.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, info products, and goods. By accessing or using Sealith, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to abide by these Terms of Service and any other rules or policies posted on tidevane.com.

2. Services

Sealith offers notarial verification, document certification, and related professional services (collectively, “Services”). All Services are provided in accordance with applicable local regulations.

2.1 Provision of Services

We will perform Services in a diligent and professional manner. Scheduling and delivery timelines will be provided upon request.

2.2 Transfer of Services

You may request to transfer a scheduled Service to another date or another individual, subject to availability and at least 48 hours’ advance notice. Transfers may incur an administrative fee.

3. Info Products

We offer digital info products such as guides, templates, and e-books (collectively, “Info Products”). Delivery occurs via download links sent to your email.

4. Goods

Physical goods ordered via tidevane.com are delivered to the address you provide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for satisfaction across all offerings. Please read the applicable section below for details.

5.1 Services

If you cancel a Service at least 72 hours before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be issued as a reversal to the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund, as time and resources have been reserved for you.

5.2 Info Products

For digital Info Products, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Once downloaded or accessed, all sales are final and no refund will be provided.

5.3 Goods

You may return unopened goods within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to our facility in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping fees, within 14 business days. For returned goods received in damaged or opened condition, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or apply a restocking fee.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain expedited notarial services or special arrangements may be marked as non-refundable. Such services will be clearly labeled at the time of purchase with an explanation for the policy, including any preparatory work that cannot be undone.

7. Changes to Terms

Sealith reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on tidevane.com. Your continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
