compliance with local regulations. Digital signatures are applied and time-stamped to certify
authenticity.
After creating an account, select your document type, upload your files, and
choose an available time slot. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure link. At the
scheduled time, join the video session with a notary to complete identity verification.
We use encrypted transmission protocols, secure data storage, and strict
access controls. All interactions are logged with an immutable audit trail on Swiss servers at
Bundesplatz 1, ensuring confidentiality throughout the process.
We accept government-issued ID such as passports, national ID cards, and
driver's licenses. All documents must be valid and include a clear photograph. Additional proof of
address may be requested in certain cases.
Most requests are completed within 48 hours of submission. An expedited
review option is available at checkout. You will be notified by email once your notarized document is
ready for download.
